By accessing and utilizing the web utility services provided by MasterMox Tools ("MasterMox"), accessible at https://tools.mastermox.com, you confirm your binding agreement to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our utility platform.

2. License to Use Utilities

MasterMox grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute and utilize our browser-side utility tools (including calculators, code formatters, image converters, and text tools) for both personal and commercial digital tasks.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Repackage, scrape, or resell our client-side JavaScript processing engines or WebAssembly binaries as standalone commercial software.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or execute automated denial-of-service queries against our web architecture.
  • Use our tools to generate, format, or process illegal, harmful, or malicious payloads.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Output Accuracy

All tools on MasterMox—including financial calculators, loan predictors, PC hardware benchmarks, code linters, and document converters—are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

4. Intellectual Property

The original site design, branding, logos, proprietary user interface layouts, custom icon sets, and client-side processing workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of MasterMox. Third-party brand names, game names (e.g., GTA 6, Rockstar Games), and software trademarks referenced within our database tools are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly under fair-use commentary guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MasterMox, its developers, or its hosting partners be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our tools. Because all document processing is executed locally on your device, you assume full responsibility for maintaining backups of your source documents.

6. Modifications to Terms

MasterMox reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
